To schedule your chandelier installation or lighting project, a non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your time slot. This deposit is applied to your final invoice and guarantees your exclusive appointment.
⚠️ Important: Please ensure your chandelier or fixture has been delivered before scheduling your appointment. The $100 deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if your project is not ready or must be rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Cancelation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable and secure your scheduled time. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. In the rare case that we cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a future appointment.
